These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Open's websites and products, including MenuCat and OpenMart (together, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using Our Services

You must provide accurate information when creating an account or subscribing to a plan.
You are responsible for the content you upload (menus, images, business details) and for keeping your account credentials secure.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to any part of them.

2. Plans, Trials & Billing

Each MenuCat plan includes a free trial period as shown on the pricing page; you will not be charged during the trial.
Prices are shown exclusive of GST, which is calculated and added automatically at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By subscribing, you also agree to Razorpay's applicable terms for payment processing.
Plans renew on a monthly or yearly basis depending on your selection, until cancelled.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period — see our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

Open retains all rights to the MenuCat and OpenMart platforms, including their design, code and branding. You retain ownership of the content you upload (such as your menu items and images).

5. Service Availability

We aim to keep our Services fast and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, modify or temporarily suspend features to improve the product.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Open is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
